Welcome to BluHive. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the BluHive platform and website. By using BluHive, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
BluHive provides an operational data platform tailored for maritime operators, commodity traders, and treasury teams. The platform combines a spreadsheet-style interface with a real database to manage operational data, calculations, and workflows. It is designed to support — not replace — the judgement of qualified professionals.
Account holders must keep their login credentials confidential and are responsible for activity that occurs under their account. You agree to use BluHive only for lawful purposes, in accordance with applicable laws and industry regulations, and not to interfere with the platform or attempt unauthorized access.
Your use of the platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using BluHive, you grant us the right to process the data you provide to deliver the service. You retain ownership of your operational data; we act as the custodian of it on your behalf.
The BluHive platform, including its software, design, documentation, and trademarks, is the property of BluHive and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for your business operations. You may not copy, modify, distribute, resell, or reverse engineer the platform without our written consent.
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be subject to scheduled maintenance, updates, or unexpected technical issues. For decisions with material operational or financial consequences, you should always apply independent verification.
BluHive is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluHive and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Final decisions and responsibility for your operations remain with you and your team.
You may stop using BluHive at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if continued access poses a risk to the platform or other users. On termination, your right to use the platform ends; data export and retention will be handled in accordance with our standard practices and any applicable agreement with you.
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Continued use of BluHive after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
